Jupiter Permanent Magnetic Grids are engineered for easy installation in steep-sloped hoppers, odd and irregular shaped hoppers, floor openings, vertical closed chutes, ducts, etc.. They can be used to remove ferrous fines as well as tramp iron from dry particulates, liquids and slurries.

HOPPA GRIDS
Predominantly used in the plastics industry to prevent damage or blockage of valuable moulding or extrusion equipment resulting from build-up
of ferrous metal contamination. Suitable for round and square sided hopper.Easy to install, simply rests against walls of hopper.
DRAWER TYPE GRIDS
Use in closed chutes and ducts.
These models are easily inspected and cleaned by sliding the
‘magnetic drawer’ from an opening made in side of housing.
All sizes can be furnished…..installation is fast and simple….no
wiring….no operating maintenance…..available
in Ferrite Magnets and Rare Earth Magnets.
BARREL GRIDS
This separator provides “Final Magnetic
Action” on bulk foods,chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.
being packaged in barrels or similar type containers.
These Magnetic Grids fit in or on standard
barrels 394, 432 or 508mm in diameter and available
from one to four bank.
UNHOUSED GRIDS
Unhousing Grates may be placed under any product flow or over a receiving pit for bulk unloading. Round, square and rectangular models available in any sizes.
